Shipping & Returns

Each Maggoosh piece is prepared and dispatched with the same care that defines its creation ensuring a seamless journey from our hands to yours.

Shipping to Greece

Within the city of Athens, orders are shipped free of charge.
For destinations outside of Athens, orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout with an additional shipping fee and are delivered within 2–3 working days from dispatch.

International Shipping

Once your order is confirmed, please allow 2–5 business days for processing.
Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with your DHL Express tracking number.
Estimated delivery times from dispatch:
Europe: Next business day
USA: 1–3 business days
Asia, Africa & Australia: 1–3 business days
Shipments over €500 are fully insured and enjoy complimentary shipping.
If an ordered piece is unavailable, a Maggoosh representative will contact you promptly.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, the parcel will be returned to Maggoosh. A representative will contact the customer, and any additional shipping or handling costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
If an item is delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout, Maggoosh may assist where possible but cannot replace the item.

Duties & Import Taxes

All duties, import taxes, and clearance fees for international orders are additional, determined by local customs authorities, and included at checkout. These charges must be paid by the customer.
United States (USA)
Total cost is calculated as follows:
Product price, 15% customs duties (calculated on product value), €30 shipping fee, €7 customs clearance service fee.
United Kingdom (UK)
Total cost is calculated as follows:
Product price, €25 shipping fee, €7 customs clearance service fee, 20% import tax calculated on the total of all the above.
Europe (EU)
Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to customs duties or import taxes.
For all destinations not explicitly mentioned above, any additional customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.

Returns & Cancellations

Returns requested within 5 days of the shipment date are eligible for a full refund to the original method of payment.
Returned merchandise must be unworn, unused, in perfect condition, and returned with all original packaging intact.
In the case of a cancellation (for eligible items), the order will be cancelled and refunded within 24 hours.
Made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or returned.
