SHIPPING TO GREECE: Within the city of Athens products are hand-delivered by us. Within the rest of Greece our products are shipped with DHL EXPRESS to the address specified during check out within 2-3 working days.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL: All products are shipped using DHL EXPRESS courier to the address specified during checkout within 2-3 days.

Maggoosh is not responsible for any additional costs of duties and taxes of the country that the order is shipped to. This cost will be covered by the customer.

Shipments over 300€ are insured.

If the ordered product is unavailable a Maggoosh representative will contact the customer as soon as possible.

If the address is non existent the courier company will return the parcel to Maggoosh. A Maggoosh representative will contact and inform the customer. Any extra expenses will be covered by the customer.

If the item is delivered to the wrong address Maggoosh can assist but cannot replace the item.
